Bohemian Rhapsody (Part I)

Dave traveled to Pilsen in the Czech Republic to attend the WSCG 2011 conference and present a paper (available here!).  The conference was very enjoyable, and he was able to become acquainted with  the most famous aspect of Pilsen:  the beer!  On the Pilsner Urquell brewery tour, he sampled some unfiltered and unpasteurized beer straight from the cask.  Delicious!
